Cinnamon Soho serves up a storm in Carnaby Music Festival
Arguably the best modern Indian restaurant, Cinnamon Soho in Carnaby street London is delighted to participate in London’s first one day music festival ‘Carnaby Sound’ to be held on Carnaby Street from 12-7pm on 6th July. The festival is a party of Carnaby’s year long celebration of its music heritage.
This is a FREE event to attend and will feature live music from artists and bands covering a huge range of music genres connected to this vibrant area of London over the past 10 decades; from Jazz and Blues to Mod, Urban and Rock.
Ever since 1958, Carnaby has been known for styling famous musicians, such as John Lennon, Brian Jones and Mick Jagger, and no other shopping street in the world boasts such an authentic relationship with music and pop culture. The likes of Jimi Hendrix, The Who and The Kinks have all performed here over the years making it truly one of a kind.
There will be complimentary drinks and shopping promotions on offer throughout the course of the entire festival, and of course it wouldn’t be a real festival if we were not taking part.
Cinnamon Soho, among other soho based restaurants in London will have a street BBQ on offer throughout the whole day. Enjoy a selection of wraps, including the famous Kingly Street Kebab. Made from fresh lamb and dressed up with cumin, coriander, ginger and chilli and wrapped up in fresh naan topped with yoghurt, cucumber and mint. Our “Posh Kebab” as labelled by Zagat has been a hit with our customers ever since we first started serving it. Amongst the other wraps and delicacies on offer there will be an array of drinks too. And if the weather turns you can always pop inside and eat.
