Vivek Singh is the Executive Chef & CEO of The Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and now Cinnamon Soho. A regular TV fixture on shows like Masterchef and Saturday Kitchen, Vivek opened The Cinnamon Club in Westminster in 2001 and since then has expanded to the City with Cinnamon Kitchen opened in 2008. Now he's moved closer to the centre of town with a new place, Cinnamon Soho in March 2012. Vivek has written three cookbooks and is working on his 4th Cinnamon Kitchen Cookbook, due out in autumn 2012.

Jean-Luc Giquel is the Group General Manger. He oversees The Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen & Cinnamon Soho. Well-versed when it comes to restaurant dining, he has hosted every serving prime minister, most of the royal family and countless celebrities. Jean-luc's belief is that the best guest experiences comes from simplest things and keeping things transparent is often the hardest thing to achieve in restaurants. Jean-Luc and his team are committed to creating the best experience by listening to our guests and build an ethos of fun, simplicity and innovation.

Ramachandran Raju is Head Chef at Cinnamon Soho, having worked in the kitchens of both The Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Kitchen. With a commitment to Cinnamon that has lasted more than a decade, combined with a dedication to culinary excellence and a flair for creative presentation, Cinnamon Soho provides the perfect showcases of Ramachandran's talents. He certainly made his mark during the Tamil Festival at The Cinnamon Club, when foodies were flocking in their discerning droves to sample his renowned Tanjavore prawn curry and Chettinaad speciality. In his downtime, Ramachandran likes nothing more than scouring London's markets for fresh, seasonal vegetables, and playing football with his young son.
