Hosted at Cinnamon Kitchen, the range of specially crafted masterclasses, taken by either Vivek himself or his accomplished chefs Hari Nagaraj, Rakesh Ravindran (Cinnamon Club) Abdul Yaseen (Cinnamon Kitchen) and Raju Ramachandran (Cinnamon Soho) tackle different aspects of Indian cooking, offering enthusiasts the chance to truly explore the diverse cuisine of the subcontinent.
