We have an egg-citing menu that’s sure to get your taste buds tingling this Easter! We know how much you love those balls, so we thought we would treat you with an egg inspired menu to celebrate the long bank holiday weekend! Head chef Ramachandran Raju has created a menu which aims to banish the boring chocolate egg and offer an altogether much more egg-sotic menu!
Delectable dishes include tangy potato chaat in semolina shell, crab and cod balls on a rock samphire ‘nest’ and spiced mango and pistachio kulfi, ‘dum’ cooked vermicelli
For £30 per person, diners can have a three-course egg menu, with a complimentary Easter Egg Flip cocktail and a selection of sharing appetisers.
